The 2007 Windchill – Montreal Winter indoor Tournament – Results – Videos

After organizing a few summer tournaments, I thought that it would be a good idea to throw one in the winter. The first edition of the Windchill was born in 1991. This page relays the results of the 2007 edition, enhanced by the magnificent Bear Logo created by Martin Côté. There are also a couple of videos that document the action.

Doubles Finals

This match featured Robert Lavigne and Manu Bouchard, two veterans representing Montreal versus John Leys and Eric Wulff from the Chaos club based in California. The match was filled with spectacular actions by these seasoned players. In the end, Lavigne and Bouchard were more consistent and avoided the unforced errors better than their opponents.

Montreal:  15-10 / 15-12

Singles Finals

The singles finals was a contest between Gilles Demers and Yves Archambault. Gilles, who was still relatively new in the Montreal footbag community took good care of Archambault, the creator of this website.

Demers won by: 16-14 / 15-9
